  • By far and away my favorite David Morley song, First Floor is as sublime as they get. Electro, deep house, ambient and downtempo all combine in a jazzy and futuristic but reflective journey. The piano and baseline really combine in opposite sides of the spectrum to great effect. Even adding a space funk in there with fun. I'm sure when creating this song David may have had conflicts on where to take the track at times. There are so many good parts that could develop other wise and stand on their own all just add to a romantic and terrific sci-fi adventure. Easily in my top 100 techno songs of all times.
